Overview
SAIT is a leading polytechnic in Calgary, Alberta, known for preparing students for real-world careers through applied, industry-connected education. As an institution that serves thousands of students and partners across Canada, maintaining a strong and consistent visual identity is essential to how SAIT communicates its brand.
The institution required a cohesive set of print and digital materials to support upcoming events, aligned with their refreshed brand identity. The scope included a PowerPoint presentation, postcard, flyer, poster, folder, and stand-up banner. Each deliverable needed to reflect the refreshed brand standards while remaining practical and adaptable for SAIT's internal team to manage going forward.
Outcome
▪︎  Built for longevity, not just the moment
The PowerPoint presentation was structured and delivered as a fully editable template, giving the client the flexibility to make last-minute adjustments before the event without designer support.
▪︎  End-to-end print ownership
Managed the full print production pipeline, from interpreting the brief and executing the design to proofing vendor-supplied materials and confirming every piece met the client's quality expectations before final delivery.
▪︎  Scalable digital assets
All approved digital artworks were packaged and handed off as scalable templates, ensuring the client could extend the brand system consistently beyond this project.
▪︎  Set a new design standard
The refreshed flyer design was singled out by the client as the benchmark for their visual direction, and they formally adopted it as the new style moving forward.
